Sludge Removal Systems

Sewaco produce a travelling bridge `Sludge Seeker' system that is ideally suited for removal of settled solids from rectangular horizontal flow settlement tanks of any length and up to 10 mts wide. Sludge Seeker systems can be manually operated or fully automated to remove sludge at a pre-determined density, thus reducing the volume of liquid for disposal.

The system can be adapted to suit many types of sediment and has the ability to work through any depth of sludge. `Sludge Seeker' systems are suited for use in primary settlement tanks, mud basins and can be raft mounted for operating in lagoons.
